We process sender and recipient details to move a parcel, send status emails, and keep an audit trail for the admin desk.

Tracking lookups require only a code. We do not create recipient accounts. Admin access uses email two-factor authentication.

Records are kept for as long as needed for delivery, customs, and accounting. Contact the originating desk to request access or correction.
