Clean Light Logistics Ltd accepts walk-in parcels at listed desks. A contract forms when the clerk issues a tracking code.

Declared value is the customer’s statement of contents worth. Delivery fees are set by the clerk and are not an online checkout price.

Liability is limited to the declared value recorded on the waybill unless a separate insurance amount is noted. Customs delays are outside our control; we will email hold reasons and requirements.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales for the UK headquarters, with local mandatory rules applying at the US and EU branches.
